Return or exchange within 30 days from the purchase dated, if you don’t like them or they don’t fit.
Items are received unused, undamaged, and in original package. Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs.
How to return your purchase
Please contact us to request a return. Don’t forget to specify if you want a refund or if you want to trade with another size.
Information to make your return will be communicated to you by email.
* Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
Purchase not eligible for return
- Final sale item(s) is not eligible for return or exchange
- You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect when you submit the return/exchange request
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Order Cancellation
We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 business days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
